THE CO-GIVING EXPERIENCE

March 03, 2021 - March 08, 2021

March 17, 2021 - March 22, 2021

Location | San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua

When we give, we give together. And that is timeless.

Co-giving trips are a combination of community immersion, heart-warming exposure and a wholesome environment of belonging.

It is where you see first hand what it is like to be on the ground immersed in the culture of another community lifestyle and how to belong in the raw.

It is where we exchange interaction to strengthen empathy.

Co-giving is an authentic gathering of open-mindedness, sharing smiles, stories, and skills in exchange for receiving a wholehearted sense of belonging. Where diversity of thought and background is represented as a learning exchange. Where you walk away from days of community bathed in culture and extraordinary energies that allow everyone involved to change.

WHERE ADVENTURE MEETS IMPACT

THE EXPERIENCE

Co-giving is about adventure, discovery, surf and impact.

Together we reconnect with nature, come close with local communities and create lasting change simply through divulging wholly into experiences of indifferences and balancing intuitive ways to acknowledge the differences that make us see our similarities.

THE IMPACT

All costs to join Co-Giving trips go directly towards community development projects in the rural community.
Our impact is an experiential blueprint to belong.

During our time together, we encourage you to take in all that inspires you while fully immersing in the intimacy of human-connections

THE ART IN GATHERING

We believe that sustainable change happens when an internal passion and capacity is aligned simply with our willingness to belong and feel purely human. Which is why we are dedicated to creating clean and comfortable environments for children to learn and teachers to teach and parents to work all while infusing hope through cross-cultural human-interactions. There is an art in where people gather and the stimluation that flows through.

In order to create artistic gathering spaces, Co-Giving Trips equip the community with resources to enhance the spaces in which people gather.

AIRPORT?

*Augusto Cesar Sandino International Airport

Managua, Nicaragua

From there you will get picked up by a smiley, happy Nicaraguan gentlemen who will then drive you 2 hours south to Playa Maderas where we will be staying .

Since we are in the Rivas area, we border the northern part of the Costa Rican border meaning that you also have the option to fly into Liberia Airport. Doing so, transportation cost will be at your expense of around $130 each way for a private shuttle plus about $12 when crossing the border. The private shuttle will be arranged for you by us once flights are booked and should be paid in cash.  Or, if you arrive a day earlier into Liberia there is a daily public Shuttle to San Juan Del Sur for $40 at 9am everyday. So, also a very good option.

ACCOMMODATION |
THE LOCATION | THE SURF
Co-Giving with is a combination of surfing and co-living | co- working working in a jungle setting with a side of impact.

The Southwesterly corner of the country with its consistent swell and offshore winds (thank you Mr. Lago) is quickly becoming a go-to spot.

It's an opportunity to positively impact the local community whilst still getting your work done, get your fill of waves and shared stoke. Epic.

Impact with the local community, co-working, co-living, consistent waves, adventuring and community gatherings.
That is what we are about.
It's as simple as that.

This laid-back town has stretches of sea-washed beaches and sounds of Howler monkeys singing nearby.
Other features include an outdoor pool, open space for working, local restaurants nearby and a yoga deck with boasting jungle views.

Plus, our jungle location is just a 20 minute drive from San Juan del Sur’s town center and 30 minutes to the project site, Cangrejo Village.
Cangrejo Village is buried deep in the jungle southeast of San Juan del Sur. It is a village surrounded by overflowing rivers, howler monkeys, two-toed sloths, exotic birds and welcoming families. The village itself is a real look at the Nicaraguan country life. Due to rainy season, at most points in the year,  it is too difficult to get here by car and you must travel by horse.
